How much CBD should I take?

Everyone is different, but we like to keep things simple. Start with 0.25ml under your tongue (half of the 0.5ml marking on your Platinum dispenser), or swallow 1x 30mg SoftGel capsule.

 

After one week, feel free to increase your dose as you wish, up to a recommended daily max of 70mg.

 

When should I take it?

Experiment to see what works best for you. Start with a dose before bedtime and work your up from there. Try to be as consistent as possible with your daily routine

This depends on the strength and format of the CBD you are taking, as well as your weight. If you’re using CBD oil, it will most likely come in a dropper bottle. The packaging will specify how much CBD is in a single drop, or it may have a dispenser gauge to help you work this out. When it comes to strength, you may prefer to start with a smaller dosage than indicated and gradually increase this by 5mg per week, until you reach the perfect amount for you.
