Returns

If you need to return an item you bought from Columbia Care Platinum you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition, you received it. Please note that some of our products cannot be returned, they are:

  • Items bought on sale

 

Shipping your return

To return your item please send it to us at our Bedfordshire office:

At this time, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

When we receive your return, so long as it is approved by our team, we will process your refund immediately. This will be refunded to the original payment method within a couple of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you don’t see the money in your account after a few days, first contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged send us an email at help@shop.col-care.uk with the details of the issue and a photo showing this and our team will guide you through the process.
